Representing the fourth generation of
the Dunkin family within Dunkin & Bush,
Deidre joined the company as the Chief
Financial Officer after attending college,
becoming a Certified Public Accountant,
and working for Berntson Porter & Company,
a highly-regarded accounting firm in Bellevue,
Washington. Since her arrival at Dunkin
& Bush in 2000, her tireless efforts have
played an instrumental part in the smooth
running operations of the company. In 2005 she was named President of Dunkin & Bush.

Tom
Dunkin II - Vice President
Corporate Office - Kirkland
After graduating from the University of
Washington in 1969, Tom came to work for
Dunkin & Bush with aspirations of taking
over the reins when his father was ready
to step down. Not long after, TDII made
those dreams come true and through his
strong leadership and direction has molded
Dunkin & Bush into the company it is today, an
industry leader with unmatched quality
and professionalism.

Tom Dunkin III - Vice President
Corporate Office - Kirkland
Joining the Corporate Office in 2004 as an Estimator, Tom brings with him valuable field experience as a blaster and painter. Like his father, he graduated from the University of Washington and looks forward to being part of the 4th generation to serve our clients in the Northwest.

Don Hovde - Vice President of Operations Corporate Office - Kirkland
Don has been with Dunkin & Bush since 1981 when he was working as an Estimator and a Safety Representative. Since that time, he's worked his way up the corporate ladder and is currently the Vice President of Operations in our Corporate Office. Don is responsible for many of our long-term maintenance contracts with well known Northwest refineries and for the majority of the bridgework performed by Dunkin & Bush.

Deanne Donovan - Chief Financial Officer

Deanne joined Dunkin & Bush in January 2008. She brings with her vast experience as a CFO for a closely held real estate investor and developer. She is a Certified Public Accountant and worked in public accounting for several years. Deanne is committed to contributing her skills to support the standards of excellence at Dunkin & Bush.

Rex
Bison - Corporate Safety & Risk Manager
Corporate Office - Kirkland
Rex joined Dunkin & Bush in 1993 as Safety Director. Since that time the company has maintained superior safety performance as evidenced by numerous safety awards and milestones for consecutive injury-free years at many of its sites. In 2008, Rex assumed the additional duties of Risk Manager. As such, Rex is responsible for overseeing processes and tools for identifying and managing risk in order to reduce and prevent losses in safety and operations.

Matt
North - Regional Manager

Matt began his career with Dunkin & Bush
as a laborer for our Bellingham office
in 1997 while attending college at
Western Washington University. After graduation,
Matt transferred to our Corporate Office where he was promoted to Regional Manager in 2007 and oversees projects in Washington and a variety of neighboring states.

William Banks – Project Manager

William started his career with Dunkin & Bush in 1998 as a Laborer working summers in Colorado & Alaska. After graduating from Washington State University, he spent a couple of years working in the field at our Bakersfield Office and the Redmond Shop. In 2008, William was promoted to Project Manager and relocated to Utah to oversee our growing presence in that region.

Ginger Turner - Controller

Ginger joined Dunkin & Bush in December 2009. She brings over 15 years of Construction and Accounting experience to her new role. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner and has practiced those areas in both public and private accounting. Ginger is excited to contribute her knowledge and leadership skills to the team at Dunkin & Bush. |

Jody Daugherty - Contract Administrator

Jody has been with Dunkin & Bush since 1998. As Contract Administrator, she leads and manages new and existing customer contracts while reviewing and communicating information regarding contract status, modifications, potential company risk and liability to the Executive Management Team, Regional and Project Managers. She continually reviews contract files to ensure that Dunkin & Bush is meeting all of the terms and conditions with existing contracts and maintains our customer web based billing programs as needed.

Julie Walker - Safety Administration

Julie is a key member of the safety department, ensuring that all employees
are current and up to date with required
training. Since her arrival at Dunkin &
Bush in 1991, she has been involved in several
areas of the company and tasked with many
miscellaneous functions, including company event
planning and marketing. Julie is also
responsible for production of Ambient Conditions, the
company quarterly newsletter. |

Sally McInnis - Regional Safety Coordinator
Corporate Office - Kirkland
Sally started her career with Dunkin & Bush in the Accounting Department doing payroll in 2006. She has since received her Safety & Health Specialist certification and is now a part of our growing safety team. She has been a great help to Rex working in the field as an on-site safety person, attending customer safety meetings and keeping our field employees updated on their safety training. Sally will be spending her 2nd season in Alaska at the Alyeska Valdez Marine Terminal.

Laura MacDonald - HR Manager

Laura came to Dunkin & Bush in October of 2006 shortly after graduating from Central Washington University with a degree in Business Administration. She joined our team as Executive Assistant to the President and was promoted in 2008 to HR Generalist. Laura is responsible for administration of the company's HR policies and programs as well as supervision of the Corporate Office's administrative staff. |

Crysta joins Dunkin & Bush with ten years experience in the Construction Industry and a background in project administration, cost accounting and estimating. She offers direct support to the Regional Manager, Matt North, Project Managers, and the Superintendents who report to the Corporate Office.

Lindsey Bott – Administrative Assistant

Lindsey joined the Dunkin & Bush team after graduating from Washington State University in 2008 where she majored in History and minored in Political Science. She serves as the Corporate Office’s Administrative Assistant by performing a majority of administrative responsibilities, as well as reception duties. |

Ashar brings eight years of experience in payroll working in both large and small construction companies, manufacturing and the medical field. Her accounting experience also includes having owned her own business for the last couple of years. Since Ashar came to Dunkin & Bush in September of 2008 she has helped streamline payroll and improve the process. |

Shannon Thompson - Billing Specialist

Shannon has been with Dunkin & Bush since 2006 where she began assisting with a variety of billing tasks. Shannon is currently the Billing Specialist for the Portland Region and has been working closely with Pete Weese and the Portland office for the last two years. |

Julie has been with Dunkin & Bush since August 2007 working as an Accounting Assistant and is part of the Billing Department team and is in charge of our California Region. She has worked many years in an Executive Assistant capacity and recently switched to the accounting field. She has been a great addition to the Billing Department. |

Julia joined Dunkin & Bush in January 2011 as an Accounting Assistant. After graduating from Central Washington University in 2006 with a BS in Accounting, Julia has held the titles of Full Charge Bookkeeper for a pharmacy and Staff Accountant for a mechanical contractor. She is responsible for the billing out of the Corporate office. |

New to Dunkin & Bush, Amy joined the Accounting team in January of 2011. She brings nine years of accounting experience in construction, property management and medical device manufacturing companies. Amy is responsible for all aspects of Accounts Payable. |

deBoer - Shop Manager

Since his arrival
to Dunkin & Bush in 1991, Brian's creative vision
and mechanical abilities have been a great
asset to the company, often coming up
with unheard of solutions for seemingly
impossible problems. Promoted in 2006 to Shop Manager, he relies heavily on Don Hornbaker, who is tasked with keeping the company's vast array of equipment running as smoothly and efficiently as possible, which is no small feat.

Seth Jeretzky - Regional Manager
Bellingham Office
Seth has been with Dunkin & Bush since 1991, working his way up through various positions with the company and completing a variety of projects from Alaska to Aruba. Seth now serves as Regional Manager of our Bellingham Office. His responsibilities include, but certainly are not limited to, satisfying some of our largest and most long-term customers and keeping one of our largest work forces focused and completely supported.

Tim Loving - Training Manager
Bellingham Office
Tim started his career with Dunkin & Bush over 20 years ago.
In that time he has held the positions of painter, superintendent, safety coordinator and now trainer. He has been involved with several safety councils in the Bellingham area refineries, chairing two of them. Tim now works closely with Rex Bison keeping our employees current with all of the industry required training.

Mark joined the Dunkin & Bush team in 1990. After 16 years as the manager of the Redmond Shop, the largest and busiest in the company, Mark moved south to run the Portland Shop. He is a great asset to Regional Manager, Pete Weese and the Superintendents in the area. |

1992, Martin is responsible for managing

manages many projects out of the Kirkland
office and is also the main managerial
contact for our branch office in Kenai,
Alaska.

Amanda came to Dunkin & Bush in 2003 and has made a substantial contribution
to the operations in our Kenai office. She assists
the Regional Manager, Martin Horgan with day to day tasks
and is responsible for all billings for
projects in that office. Amanda works closely with all the superintendents in Alaska making sure they have what they need to work safely and efficiently. |

Michael Casal - Project Manager
Salt Lake City Office
Michael started his career with Dunkin & Bush as a summer intern in 2009 while attending the University of Washington. He then worked part time while finishing up his senior year. After graduation, Michael spent his time in both the field and office gaining valuable experience in our coating and insulation divisions until he was promoted to Project Manager in 2011 at the Corporate Office.
