Deidre Dunkin - President
Corporate Office - Redmond

Representing the fourth generation of the Dunkin family within Dunkin & Bush, Deidre joined the company as the Chief Financial Officer after attending college, becoming a Certified Public Accountant, and working for Berntson Porter & Company, a highly-regarded accounting firm in Bellevue, Washington. Since her arrival at Dunkin & Bush in 2000, her tireless efforts have played an instrumental part in the smooth running operations of the company. In 2005 she was named President of Dunkin & Bush.

Tom Dunkin

Tom Dunkin II - Vice President
Corporate Office - Redmond

After graduating from the University of Washington in 1969, Tom came to work for Dunkin & Bush with aspirations of taking over the reins when his father was ready to step down. Not long after, TDII made those dreams come true and through his strong leadership and direction has molded Dunkin & Bush into the company it is today, an industry leader with unmatched quality and professionalism.

Don Hovde - Vice President of Operations Corporate Office - Redmond

Don has been with Dunkin & Bush since 1981 when he was working as an Estimator and a Safety Representative. Since that time, he's worked his way up the corporate ladder and is currently the Vice President of Operations in our Corporate Office. Don is responsible for many of our long-term maintenance contracts with well known Northwest refineries and for the majority of the bridgework performed by Dunkin & Bush.

Deanne Donovan - Chief Financial Officer

Deanne joined Dunkin & Bush in January 2008.  She brings with her vast experience as a CFO for a closely held real estate investor and developer.  She is a Certified Public Accountant and worked in public accounting for several years.  Deanne is committed to contributing her skills to support the standards of excellence at Dunkin & Bush.

Rex Bison - Corporate Safety & Risk           Manager
Corporate Office - Redmond

Rex joined Dunkin & Bush in 1993 as Safety Director. Since that time the company has maintained superior safety performance as evidenced by numerous safety awards and milestones for consecutive injury-free years at many of its sites. In 2008, Rex assumed the additional duties of Risk Manager. As such, Rex is responsible for overseeing processes and tools for identifying and managing risk in order to reduce and prevent losses in safety and operations.

Matt North - Regional Manager

Matt began his career with Dunkin & Bush as a laborer for our Bellingham office in 1997 while attending college at Western Washington University. After graduation, Matt transferred to our Corporate Office where he was promoted to Regional Manager in 2007 and oversees projects in Washington and a variety of neighboring states.

Tom Dunkin III - Project Manager

Joining the Corporate Office in 2004 as an Estimator, Tom brings with him valuable field experience as a blaster and painter.  Like his father, he graduated from the University of Washington and looks forward to being part of the 4th generation to serve our clients in the Northwest.

John joined the Dunkin & Bush team in 2005 working at BP Cherry Point helping out with daily administrative duties. His experience has now brought him to the Corporate Office as a Project Manager.

William Banks – Project Manager

William started his career with Dunkin & Bush in 1998 as a Laborer working summers in Colorado & Alaska. After graduating from Washington State University, he spent a couple of years working in the field at our Bakersfield Office and the Redmond Shop.  In 2008, William was promoted to Project Manager and relocated to Utah to oversee our growing presence in that region.

Randy Buzzard – Project Manager

Randy began his career in the industrial painting industry in 1979. Randy previously worked for Dunkin & Bush for six years in the mid 90’s as a Superintendent. He has returned as a Project Manager working out of the Corporate Office. He brings with him a wide range of painting experience from commercial and shop to field industrial.

Ginger Turner - Controller

Ginger joined Dunkin & Bush
in December 2009.  She brings over 15 years of Construction and Accounting experience to her new role.  She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner and has practiced those areas in both public and private accounting.  Ginger is excited to contribute her knowledge and leadership skills to the team at Dunkin and Bush.




Jody Pratt

Jody Pratt - Contract Administrator
Corporate Office - Redmond

Jody has been with Dunkin & Bush since 1998. As Contract Administrator, she leads and manages new and existing customer contracts while reviewing and communicating information regarding contract status, modifications, potential company risk and liability to the Executive Management Team, Regional and Project Managers. She continually reviews contract files to ensure that Dunkin & Bush is meeting all of the terms and conditions with existing contracts and maintains our customer web based billing programs as needed.




Julie Walker - Safety Administration / Marketing
Corporate Office - Redmond

Julie is a key member of the safety department, ensuring that all employees are current and up to date with required training. Since her arrival at Dunkin & Bush in 1991, she has been involved in several areas of the company and tasked with many miscellaneous functions, including company event planning and marketing. Julie is also responsible for production of Ambient Conditions, the company quarterly newsletter.

Sally McInnis - Safety & Health Specialist
Corporate Office - Redmond

Sally started her career with Dunkin & Bush in the Accounting Department doing payroll in 2006.  She has since received her Safety & Health Specialist certification and is now a part of our growing safety team.  She has been a great help to Rex working in the field as an on-site safety person, attending customer safety meetings and keeping our field employees updated on their safety training.  Sally will be spending her first season in Alaska starting in June 2009 at the Alyeska Valdez Marine Terminal.




Laura MacDonald - HR Generalist

Laura came to Dunkin & Bush in October of 2006 shortly after graduating from Central Washington University with a degree in Business Administration.  She joined our team as Executive Assistant to the President and was promoted in 2008 to HR Generalist.  Laura is responsible for administration of the company's HR policies and programs as well as supervision of the Corporate Office's administrative staff.



Kelly Johnson - Office Manager

Kelly comes to Dunkin & Bush from a premier Northwest general contractor.  As Redmond’s Office Manager, she offers direct support to the Regional Manager, Matt North, Project Managers, and the Superintendents who report to the Corporate Office.  Her knowledge of the construction industry, coupled with her fun, dedicated personality makes her a valuable asset to Dunkin & Bush.




Lindsey Bott – Administrative Assistant

Lindsey joined the Dunkin & Bush team after graduating from Washington State University in 2008 where she majored in History and minored in Political Science. She serves as the Corporate Office’s Administrative Assistant by performing a majority of administrative responsibilities, as well as reception duties.




Ashar MacKenzie – Payroll Specialist

Ashar brings eight years of experience in payroll working in both large and small construction companies, manufacturing and the medical field.  Her accounting experience also includes having owned her own business for the last couple of years.  Since Ashar came to Dunkin & Bush in September of 2008 she has helped streamline payroll and improve the process.




Shannon Thompson - Billing Specialist

Shannon has been with Dunkin & Bush since 2006 where she began assisting Jody with a variety of billing tasks. Shannon is currently the Billing Specialist for the Portland Region and has been working closely with Pete Weese and the Portland office for the last two years.




Julie Tello – Billing Specialist

Julie has been with Dunkin & Bush since August 2007 working as an Accounting Assistant and is part of the Billing Department team and is in charge of our California Region.  She has worked many years in an Executive Assistant capacity and recently switched to the accounting field. She has been a great addition to the Billing Department.




Teri Stahl – Accounts Payable Specialist

Corporate Office - Redmond

Teri has been working in the Accounts Payable Department since April of 2008. She has been in the construction related field for about 16 years working in refineries, industrial construction, automotive and industrial painting along with bomb blast mitigation for the Pentagon after 9/11.  Teri has also owned her own business in the San Juan area.  Her extensive experience has been a great asset to Dunkin & Bush.





Joy Aurand - Accounting Assistant and IT

Corporate Office – Redmond 

Joy came to Dunkin & Bush in 2006 and has proved to be an invaluable asset.  She has a BA in English and is working on a BS in Business Administration with emphasis on Information Systems.  Joy works closely with the accounting team, and she also works with the IT department keeping our operating systems running smoothly.





Donna McNeil – Billing Specialist

Donna started with Dunkin & Bush in 2007, assisting our growing billing department.  She brings with her many years of experience in accounting functions.  Donna is responsible for all of the billing in our Bellingham region, working closely with the Bellingham personnel to get the jobs billed quickly and accurately.





Pam Olsen – Billing Specialist

Corporate Office – Redmond

New to Dunkin & Bush in March of 2009, Pam brings with her 25 years experience in accounting with the last eight as a Billing Specialist for an environmental engineering firm.  She was raised in Suntrana Coal Mine (now part of Usibelli Mines) and spent many years in Sitka, AK.  She is the Billing Specialist for the Redmond Region and works closely with the Project Managers in the Corporate Office.




Brian deBoer - Shop Manager
Corporate Office - Redmond

Since his arrival to Dunkin & Bush in 1991, Brian's creative vision and mechanical abilities have been a great asset to the company, often coming up with unheard of solutions for seemingly impossible problems. Promoted in 2006 to Shop Manager, he relies heavily on Don Hornbaker, who is tasked with keeping the company's vast array of equipment running as smoothly and efficiently as possible, which is no small feat.

Seth Jeretzky

Seth Jeretzky - Regional Manager
Bellingham Office

Seth has been with Dunkin & Bush since 1991, working his way up through various positions with the company and completing a variety of projects from Alaska to Aruba. Seth now serves as Regional Manager of our Bellingham Office. His responsibilities include, but certainly are not limited to, satisfying some of our largest and most long-term customers and keeping one of our largest work forces focused and completely supported.

Brandon began his career with Dunkin & Bush as a laborer while attending college at Bellingham's Western Washington University. After completing his education in 2001, he began working full time in the Bellingham Office and has successfully bid and ran projects for several of our Northern Washington clients.

Kari Anderson – Office Manager

Kari joined the Dunkin & Bush team as the Bellingham Regional Office Manager in September 2008. Kari came to us with an extensive background in many fields including Construction. She is a direct support to the Bellingham Regional Manager, Seth Jeretzky and Project Manager, Brandon Seigel while providing support to field superintendents and employees.




Eric Bogner - Shop Manager

Eric joined the Dunkin & Bush team in 1999 as a mechanic at the Corporate Shop.  In 2009, Eric moved north to accept a new role as Bellingham’s Regional Shop Manager.  Here Eric’s talents and abilities have been put to great use as he is able to provide immediate solutions and service to all of our equipment and keep our sites fully operational.

Mark Rondeau - Manager of Business Development

If you've heard of Dunkin & Bush, you've most likely heard of Mark Rondeau, our Manager of Business Development. Mark plays an integral part in securing new business. Traveling far and wide, he introduces Dunkin & Bush's services and industrial experience to new customers. Paul Archambo - Regional Safety Supervisor

Portland Office

Paul has over 25 years experience in the coatings industry with experience in both the production and safety arenas. Paul was named Regional Safety Supervisor in 2007 working out of the Portland office, but currently represents Dunkin & Bush in a variety of the Western states.




Debra Davenport - Office Manager

Portland Office

Debora joined Dunkin & Bush in January 2009 with over 20 years administrative experience including six years as office manager for a residential construction company.  She provides direct support to Regional Manager Pete Weese and assists the field superintendents for the Portland Office.

 




Mark Smith

Mark Smith - Shop Manager

Portland Office

Mark joined the Dunkin & Bush team in 1990. After 16 years as the manager of the Redmond Shop, the largest and busiest in the company, Mark moved south to run the Portland Shop. He is a great asset to Regional Manager, Pete Weese and the Superintendents in the area.

 




Kenai



Martin Horgan - Regional Manager
Kenai Office

With over 20 years of industrial experience, and joining the Dunkin & Bush team in 1992, Martin is responsible for managing several of the company's largest long-term professional relationships, including the Alyeska Pipeline Service Company and Coors Brewing in Denver. He manages many projects out of the Redmond office and is also the main managerial contact for our branch office in Kenai, Alaska.

Amanda Feagin - Office Manager
Kenai Office

Amanda came to Dunkin & Bush in 2003 and has made a substantial contribution to the operations in our Kenai office. She assists the Regional Manager, Martin Horgan with day to day tasks and is responsible for all billings for projects in that office. Amanda works closely with all the superintendents in Alaska making sure they have what they need to work safely and efficiently.



Bakersfield



Chad Johnson - Regional Manager
Bakersfield Office

Chad began his career with Dunkin & Bush in 1996 working in the Redmond Shop. He rapidly progressed from shop to the field, began running smaller jobs as a foreman, and after some seasoning began running work as a Superintendent. Chad had moved to California and in 2007, when the position of Regional Manager - California opened up, we were very fortunate to have had the ability to promote from within our ranks.

Gary Austin – Project / Shop Facility Manager

Bakersfield Office

Gary has been in the painting industry since 1966 and has a background in shop painting facilities, bridge painting, industrial, and marine painting. In the early 1990’s he partnered with Tom Dunkin II to open a business, which he eventually took over and operated for 15 years.  His vast experience in the industrial field is a great asset to the Bakersfield Office.

Jim Bracamonte – Regional Safety Manager

Jim started in our growing Bakersfield Office in November 2008.  He has many years of experience working in and around the "Oil Patch" and will be a valuable resource for the company.  Jim does a great job keeping the employees up to date on their training and taking care of the safety requirements of our customers.

After graduating from California State University of Fresno in 2009 with a degree in Animal Science/Business Management, Lacey joined the Dunkin & Bush team eager to make her mark. She brings with her a business management background and a positive attitude. She works directly with the Regional Manager and provides assistance to field superintendents and employees.
