Representing the fourth generation of
the Dunkin family within Dunkin & Bush,
Deidre joined the company as the Chief
Financial Officer after attending college,
becoming a Certified Public Accountant,
and working for Berntson Porter & Company,
a highly-regarded accounting firm in Bellevue,
Washington. Since her arrival at Dunkin
& Bush in 2000, her tireless efforts have
played an instrumental part in the smooth
running operations of the company. In 2005 she was named President of Dunkin & Bush.

Tom
Dunkin II - Vice President
Corporate Office - Redmond
After graduating from the University of
Washington in 1969, Tom came to work for
Dunkin & Bush with aspirations of taking
over the reins when his father was ready
to step down. Not long after, TDII made
those dreams come true and through his
strong leadership and direction has molded
Dunkin & Bush into the company it is today…an
industry leader with unmatched quality
and professionalism.

Don Hovde - Vice President of Operations
Corporate Office - Redmond
Don has been with Dunkin & Bush since 1981 when he was working as an estimator and a safety representative. Since that time, he's worked his way up the corporate ladder and is currently the Vice President of Operations in our Corporate office. Don is responsible for many of the long-term maintenance contracts with well known Northwest refineries and for the majority of the bridgework performed by Dunkin & Bush.

Deanne Donovan - Chief Financial Officer
Corporate Office - Redmond
Deanne joined Dunkin & Bush in January 2008. She brings with her vast experience as a CFO for a closely held real estate investor and developer. She is a Certified Public Accountant and worked in public accounting for several years. Deanne is committed to contribute her skills to support the Dunkin & Bush Standards of Excellence.

Rex
Bison - Corporate Safety & Risk Manager
Corporate Office - Redmond
Rex joined Dunkin & Bush in 1993 as the Safety Director. Since that time the company has maintained superior safety performance as evidenced by numerous safety awards and milestones for consecutive injury-free years at many of its sites. In 2008 Rex assumed the additional duties of Risk Manager. As such, Rex is responsible for overseeing processes and tools for identifying and managing risk in order to reduce or prevent losses in safety and operations.

North - Regional Manager

Matt began his career with Dunkin & Bush
as a laborer for our Bellingham office
in 1997 while attending college at the
Western Washington University. After graduation,
Matt transferred to our corporate office
in Redmond where he has recently been named Regional Manager and oversees projects in the Washington area.

Tom Dunkin III - Project Manager

Joining the corporate office in 2005 as an estimator, Tom brings with him valuable field experience as a blaster and painter. Like his father, he graduated from the University of Washington and looks forward to being part of the 4th generation to service our clients in the Northwest.

Dorothy Holm - Controller
Corporate Office - Redmond
As the controller for Dunkin & Bush since
1997, Dorothy oversees the entire accounting
department, ensuring that all financial
operations run as smoothly and efficiently
as possible. Dorothy is also the main contact
for all of our contractor licensing, taxes,
and insurance for the various states and
countries that we work in.

Jody Daugherty - Assistant Controller
Corporate Office - Redmond
As the Assistant Controller and Accounts
Receivable Administrator, Jody is your primary
contact for all billings for Dunkin & Bush.
She works closely with our project managers
to assure that our customers have current
and up to date progress billing reports.
She's been with the Dunkin & Bush team since
1998. |

Julie Walker - Safety Administration
/ Marketing
Corporate Office - Redmond
Julie works very closely with the Corporate
Safety Director to assure that all employees
are current and up to date with the required
training. Since her arrival at Dunkin &
Bush in 1991, she has been involved in several
areas of the company and tasked with several
miscellaneous functions…company function
planning and much of the marketing tasks
of the company to name a few. Julie is also
responsible for the editing, formatting,
and printing of Ambient Conditions, the
company quarterly newsletter. |

Laura MacDonald - HR Generalist
Corporate Office - Redmond
Laura came to Dunkin & Bush in October of 2006 shortly after graduating from Central Washington University with a degree in Business Administration. She joined our team as Executive Assistant to the President, however was promoted in 2008 to HR Generalist. Laura is responsible for the administration of the company's HR policies and programs as well as the supervision of the Corporate Office's administrative staff. |

Anne Wilson - Accounts Payable
Corporate Office - Redmond
Anne is our Accounts Payable person and
has been with Dunkin & Bush since 2006.
She tries very hard to keep the turnaround
on our payables as short as possible. She
does a great job at it and is a valuable
part of the accounting team. |

Shannon Thompson - Accounting Assistant
Corporate Office - Redmond
Shannon joined D&B in 2006. She has been a wonderful addition to our accounting team. She has been running her own business for the last several years and is very excited to learn new things. Shannon will work closely with Jody on the daily billing and invoice process.

Sally McInnis - Accounting Assistant

Sally joins Dunkin & Bush with a fantastic background that makes her an integral part of the accounting function for the company. She co-owned her own business for fifteen years, managing all of the financial duties and bookkeeping functions. Her entrepreneurial spirit is a fantastic match for the dynamics of our family-owned business.

Since his arrival
to D&B in 1991, Brian's creative vision
and mechanical abilities have been a great
asset to the company, often coming up
with unheard of solutions for seemingly
impossible problems. Promoted in 2006 to Shop Manager, he relies heavily on Eric Bogner, who is tasked with keeping the company's vast array of equipment running as smoothly and efficiently as possible, which is no small feat. |

Seth Jeretzky - Regional Manager
Bellingham Office
Seth has been working with Dunkin & Bush since 1991, first starting as a laborer and over the years has moved up to a Regional Manager position in the Bellingham office. Much of his management experience came from a year long assignment in Aruba where he was the lead management figure on-site.

Bellingham Office
Hollie, a 2007 graduate of Western Washington University, joined the Dunkin & Bush team in August 2007. As office manager, Hollie is responsible for ensuring the daily operations of the Bellingham Regional office are smooth and effortless. Taking care of the hiring, orientations, job placement, new job records, contracts/purchase orders, job tracking, auditing, and time keeping are just a few of her responsibilities. Her outstanding people skills, enthusiasm, and desire to learn have already made for a great fit to the DB team.

Paul has 25+ years in the coatings industry with experience in both the production and safety arenas. Paul was named Regional Safety Coordinator in 2007 working out of the Portland office. Paul has already been invaluable in representing Dunkin & Bush throughout the Western United States.

Mark joined the Dunkin & Bush team in 1990. After 16 years as the manager of the Redmond shop, the largest and busiest in the company, Mark has moved south to run the Portland shop. He will be a great asset to Pete and the superintendents in the area. |

Horgan - Regional Manager
Kenai Office
With over 20 years of industrial experience
and joining the Dunkin & Bush team in
1992, Martin is responsible for managing
several of the company's largest long-term
professional relationships, including
the Alyeska Pipeline company and Coors
Brewing in Denver to name a couple. He
manages many projects out of the Redmond
office and is also the main managerial
contact for our Branch office in Kenai,
Alaska.

Amanda Feagin - Office

Kenai office
New to Dunkin & Bush in 2003, Amanda has
hit the ground running
and has made a substantial contribution
to the operations in our Kenai office. She assists
the Regional Manager with day to day tasks

| Chad Johnson - Regional
Manager
Bakersfield Office
Chad began his career with D&B in 1996 working in the shop. He rapidly progressed from shop to the field where he put in his time as a laborer, working into painting and abrasive blasting. Before long he was running smaller jobs as a foreman and after some seasoning began running work as a Superintendent. Chad had moved to California and in 2007, when the position of Regional Manager - California opened up, we were very fortunate to have had the ability to promote from within our ranks. Chad was the most qualified and has lived up to all of the expectations of that job.

Bakersfield Office
Jim joined the D&B Bakersfield team in 2007 and brings with him almost 30 years of experience in the coatings industry. His experience in safety, along with his NACE Inspector status makes him a great asset to the company. Jim has already been doing a great job of auditing job sites and keeping up with the training needs of our employees in the area.

Todd Speakman - Project Manager

Todd started his career with Dunkin & Bush as a laborer on a shutdown. While finishing up his studies at the University of Washington in 2003, he started working full time as an interning estimator out of the Redmond office until school finished. He has since been promoted to Project Manager and is proving himself in the Bakersfield office.

Amy Williams - Office Manager

Amy came to us in July of 2006. She was instrumental in getting the Bakersfield office up and running. She now assists the Regional & Project Managers with daily tasks to keep everything running smoothly. Her enthusiasm & great attitude make her an invaluable member of the D&B team.
